The Pasquini Livia 90 Automatic Espresso Machine is a multi-tasking marvel. It is one of the few home espresso machines that can brew your espresso AND steam milk simultaneously. It is not limited to brewing only espresso; it also produces lattes, cappuccinos and café Americano, and, it has a built-in hot water arm to make hot chocolate or tea.

Easy to use controls:- One touch button to dispense ‘one cup or two’ preset shots of espresso, but with a manual override for larger or smaller cup preferences;
- Two lights on the front panel tell you what you need to know:
- Green means the unit is on.
- Orange means the Livia 90’s 1200 Watt boiler is heating and will be ready in less than 7 minutes;
- Easy to read pressure gauge so you know when the boiler has reached perfect brewing pressure;
- Its 3.5 liter (.9 gallon) water reservoir comes with a large particle filter and a cover to keep the water pure.
- The reservoir is always ready to fill the 1.5 liter copper and brass boiler for multiple espresso, cappuccinos, lattes;
- Water for your espresso stays nice and fresh in the reservoir until you need it. Then water is pumped through the boilers special heat exchanger until it reaches the perfect brewing temperature for your espresso.
- Stainless steel steam arm that swivels and comes with two frothing tips: the standard stainless steel tip; and a Teflon tip with holes on its side to super-aerate the milk.
- Built-in hot water arm to make hot chocolate or tea.
- It is designed to be left ‘on’ all day, so it’s ready when you are, but, if water is running low, its computerized auto shut off safety feature will automatically shut off to prevent overheating and damage.
- Electronic auto-refill feature monitors water level in the boiler to automatically add more water when the level falls below a certain point.
- 3-way solenoid valve to relieve pressure directs excess water into the drip tray. This allows the portafilter to be quickly and safely removed directly after brewing.
- NSF-certified to assure that the Pasquini Livia 90 has complied with strict and extensive national sanitation standards.
- Handy cup warmer on top of the unit keeps up to 12 espresso cups (or 6 cappuccino cups) warm
- Accessories include a portafilter handle, two stainless steel filter baskets (for single shot and double shots), a blind back-flushing filter basket, a brewing group cleaning brush, coffee tamper, measuring spoon, espresso machine cleaner and a full color instruction manual.
