The Pasquini Livia 90 Semi-automatic Espresso Machine is a high-powered multi-tasker. Designed to be left on all day, it is one of the few home espresso machines that can brew espresso while simultaneously steaming milk for lattes and. And, it has a built-in hot water arm to make hot chocolate or tea.

Easy to use controls:- You control the amount of espresso or cappuccino that you want. Simply press the rocker switch to fill any size cup…and depress it when your cup is filled.
- Two lights on the front panel tell you what you need to know:
- Green means the unit is on.
- Orange means the Livia 90’s 1200 Watt boiler is heating and will be ready in less than 7 minutes;
- Easy to read pressure gauge so you know when the boiler has reached perfect brewing pressure;
- A 3.5 liter (.9 gallon) water reservoir comes with a large particle filter and a cover to keep the water clean and protected from outside contaminants.
- The 1.5 liter copper and brass boiler is automatically kept filled with water. Ready to brew you and your guests’ cups favorite espresso beverage.
- A special heat exchange process routes the water from the reservoir though the boiler until it reaches the perfect temperature for your espresso.
- Stainless steel steam arm easily swivels into position. It comes with a standard stainless steel frothing tip, and a special Teflon tip with added holes on its side for super-frothing the milk.
- Built-in hot water arm to make hot chocolate or tea.
- Electronic auto-refill feature monitors water level in the boiler to automatically add more water when the level falls below a certain point.
- Leave the Livia on all day. It has a computerized auto-shut off safety feature to monitor the water refill status of the boiler, so should the reservoir not have enough water, the Livia 90 will automatically turn off to prevent overheating and damage.
- 3-way solenoid valve to relieve pressure directs excess water into the drip tray. This allows the portafilter to be quickly and safely removed directly after brewing.
- NSF certified to assure that the Pasquini Livia 90 has complied with strict and extensive national sanitation standards.
- Handy cup warmer on top of the unit keeps up to 12 espresso cups (or 6 cappuccino cups) warm
- Accessories include a portafilter handle, two stainless steel filter baskets (for single shot and double shots), a blind back-flushing filter basket, a brewing group cleaning brush, coffee tamper, measuring spoon, espresso machine cleaner and a full color instruction manual.
