Four Easy to Understand Controls:

• One switch turns on the boiler, with a light that tells you it’s on;
• One switch (Brew Switch) activates the pump, with a light and thermostat that tells you when the proper heating temperature has been reached for either brewing or hot water dispensing;
• One switch prepares the boiler to make steam with a thermostat to let you know it’s ready;
• With the turn on a knob, you release steam.

Three Part Pressurized Portafilter

• Made up of a handle, a filter holder, and a filter basket.
• Intelligent valve under the filter basket opens only when the pressure in the portafilter has built up sufficiently to push open the valve and release the coffee.

Two Function Swiveling Steam Wand: 

• The Pannarelloattachment lets you froth or steam milk, simply by turning the knob to ‘steam’ and pressing the steam button;
• Steam wand also dispenses hot water by turning the knob to ‘hot water’ any time you want tea or hot chocolate.

One of Everything Else

• 5 oz. stainless steel boiler;
• 2.2 quart (82 oz.) water reservoir, see-thru and refillable at any time, even during brewing!
